Once you have updated to version 2.0 or higher you may have to restore your previously bought issues. To do this simply tap the ‘Support’ tab and then ‘Restore Purchases’. Enter the ‘Apple ID’ and password used to make the previous purchases and they will appear on the ‘Issues’ tab under ‘My Issues’.

Once you get it, you have to pay for it eventually. You dont get even a sample of it but prices seem reasonable.
This app is free to download. When its done downloading.... You have to pay monthly or for 6 months. I would have liked this app, it said the prices before hand. *deleted
This app is a waste of time. You have to pay $3.99 for a magazine from 2013 and 2012. No thanks.
